Who are we?

Founded in January 2011, Oasit develops business process analysis systems, using process mining techniques and methodologies, designs and implements process-aware IT infrastructures, and business integration, using state of the art computer engineering systems and best practices. We believe in what we call our POP methodology:

  • Who? People are the most important assets in any organization. They define and apply the strategy, which represents the routes to achieve the goals.
  • Where? Organization is what holds everything together, such as values, domain, purpose and goals.
  • How? Processes define the relationships between people, strategy, and the organization. They represent the organization's DNA.

Process-awareness: Understanding how the who relates to the where through the how.

Oasit was born from the insight that computer engineering and information systems will have an even bigger role in the future generations of organizations.

Systems and information technologies will no longer be used just to automate and accelerate process execution, improve customer relationships and deliver customer-made products

Controlling and cutting costs, accelerate adapteness and time to market. manage and optimize process execution, potentiate and exponentiate efficiency and effectiveness, will be the big trends and issues of the future, in every sectors of society.
