Oi is an application that allows you to easily analyse and monitor your business processes. It helps you to have a clear understanding of what is going on in your organization, how things are being processed and executed.

1. With what IT systems can Oi be used with ?

• Oi was developed to analyse business processes execution suported by integration platforms, but can easily be used to support other systems, only requiring that the execution log data from those systems is available.

2. What are the integration platforms supported by Oi ?

• For now, Oi supports and analyses business processes modelled and executed using Microsoft Biztalk platform, but will gradually support others. Our aim is to soon integrate Oi with the Outsystems, Tibco, Oracle BPM, and WebMethods BPM platforms.

3. I have some processes that are being executed using several systems, including manual activities. Can i use Oi ?

• Yes, you can, as long as the execution log data is converted to a standard process mining format. Get in touch with us, so we can help you to analyse and figure out how to extract and prepare all important information.
